Dominic Cools-Lartigue is the founder of Street Feast, London’s pioneering night market.
In May 2012, after nearly two years of research, Dominic launched Street Feast in a car park off Brick Lane with eight of London’s best street food traders, to an audience of around 600 people.
Just four years later, approximately 10,000 people per week attend a Street Feast event at any one of the company’s four sites around London. Street Feast’s new parent company London Union recently signed up Nigella Lawson, Jamie Oliver, and Heston Blumenthal as founder investors, and has recently been valued at £24m.
